1. Digital Products – No Returns

All our products (eBooks, digital guides, downloadable tools, strategy workbooks, etc.) are non-returnable due to their digital nature. Once a download link or access has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

  • Technical Issue: If the product cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a verified technical fault on our end.

  • Incorrect Product: You received a product that is completely different from what was described or shown.

If one of these applies, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots or supporting documentation if applicable

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds in cases where:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • You failed to download or access the product due to incompatible devices or software

  • You did not use or finish the product

  • The product was purchased more than 7 days ago

4. Subscription Services or Coaching Packages

For subscription-based access or premium coaching sessions, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or in your service agreement. If not specified, these services are considered non-refundable once delivered.

5. Fraudulent Activity

If we detect any fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to block future purchases and take legal action where appropriate.
